License Application

Our mission to our Licensees is to help place them in a profitable and rewarding business

The total cost to build an Octane Cafe ranges between $96,000 and $286,000 including a $20,000 License fee and a $6,000 Training and Development fee, depending on location and variety of other variables.
 

Once you purchase a License, you have the rights to the Octane Cafe logo, our concept, menu and all of our operational systems.

The First Step is one of our Development Managers travels to your location with a start up packet that will introduce you to our approved vendors and suppliers and provide you information critical to running your shop. The start up packet includes:

The Second Step and the other main purpose of this visit is to assist in location selection. We will meet with a national commercial realtor chain that we use around the country and identify suggested locations. Once a location is identified, we will assist with your letter of intent and lease negotiations.

When the location is secured, a representative from our corporate team will conduct a site evaluation trip at which time they will assist in contacting the local building department and conduct interviews with all necessary subcontractors.

Once your building permit is released, you will have a construction foreman on-site thru completion to insure your build-out is done on time and within budget. 

The Final Step is when you are ready for the "Grand Opening".
One of our Training Managers will travel to your location for on-site training.

What you don’t get are monthly royalty payments that can average from
5-15% of your gross revenues, advertising pool royalties from 2-10% of
your gross revenues, or inflated inventory costs.
