       LICENSE APPLICATION

  • Licensee pays a non-refundable LICENSE fee of $20,000. This is not a Franchise. You do not pay on-going monthly residual fees based on your gross revenues. You do not pay on-going advertising fees to Licensor. License Fee to be paid upon completion of final draft of License Agreement. This fee gives the Licensee the rights to the Octane Cafe logo, menus, recipes, trade secrets, operating manuals and a page on our website.
  • In addition, Licensee pays a non-refundable Training and Development fee of $6,000. This gives the Licensee Site Location Assistance, Shop Development Assistance from A-Z, On-site Training, and On-going Consulting.
  • Licensee should expect to invest at least $4000 for Perishable and Non-perishable Start-up Inventory.
  • Licensee must have sufficient means for start-up costs ranging from $96,000 to $286,000 depending on the location, design, shop build-out and development costs, operating costs, advertising costs, and other miscellaneous factors.
